Nadiv & Co. Institute was founded in 1997 by Giora Nadiv, A polygraph examiner certified by Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice and associate member of the American Polygraph Association.

 

Nadiv & Co Institute invented a unique pre-employment integrity test software (INTEGRITY TEST®), which is a short on-line test, designed to evaluate the integrity & reliability of job applicants, as well as obtain admissions of past offences committed by them.
